The FRP pipe winding machine is a device used to manufacture FRP pipes. Its working principle mainly includes the following steps:

Preparation: First, it is necessary to prepare fiber materials (such as glass fiber reinforced plastics) and thermosetting resins (such as polyester resins or epoxy resins), as well as other necessary raw materials and tools.

Fiber material processing: Cut the glass fiber into fiber pieces of a certain length, and then feed the fiber pieces into the working area of ​​the FRP pipe winding machine through the fiber feeding system.

Resin coating: Set up a resin coating device next to the fiber material, and evenly coat the thermosetting resin on the fiber through the resin spraying system to ensure that the fiber and the resin are fully combined.

Winding process: Set up the mold on the FRP pipe winding machine, then turn on the machine, let the fiber rotate and wind on the mold, and continuously spray the resin on the fiber through the resin coating device.

Curing process: After the winding is completed, place the wound pipe in the curing area, and heat and cure the resin by gas or heat conduction, so that the pipe has a certain strength and rigidity.

Subsequent processing: After curing is completed, the FRP pipe is trimmed, cut and processed in other processes to obtain the final product that meets the requirements.

Through the above steps, the FRP pipe winding machine can realize the automated winding and curing process of fiber materials and resins, thereby producing FRP pipes with certain strength and corrosion resistance.
